During the last month, 68,000 passengers departed from the airport. Since the beginning of this year, the airport’s passenger traffic amounted to 685,000 passengers. Overall, 76% of them traveled abroad, and only 24% booked tickets for domestic flights. In addition, the airport increased the number of flights to ski and warm-weather resorts.
“Flights to Kittilä, Finland, and Maribor in Slovenia have already appeared in the flight schedule. We also expect the growing popularity of destinations such as Sharm El-Sheikh, Istanbul, and Tel-Aviv,” the press service added.
