Hungarian low-cost airline Wizz Air resumes flights from Kharkiv. The company announced its decision yesterday.
Kharkiv International Airport will become the carrier’s third Ukrainian airport. Five new routes to be launched from Lviv and Kharkiv in 2018.
Wizz Air is going to operate flights from Kharkiv since April 5, 2018, starting flights to Dortmund, Germany, twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays. It is also planning to run flights to Katowice, Poland, on Wednesdays and Fridays from June 20, 2018.
The company is also launching flights from Lviv to Gdansk and Katowice, Poland, twice a week on Mondays and Fridays from March 26, 2018. Additional flights to Katowice are scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays from June 20, 2018. The flights to Dortmund will be operated twice a week on Mondays and Fridays from May 21, 2018.
A single ticket from Lviv to Gdansk and Katowice will cost from UAH 279 ($10,4) and from Lviv to Dortmund — UAH 719 ($26,7).
A one-way ticket from Kharkiv to Katowice will cost from UAH 579 ($21,5) and from Kharkiv to Dortmund — UAH 869 ($32,3).
