On November 25, Kharkiv International Airport welcomed the first Wizz Air nonstop low fare flight from Vienna, Austria.
The flights operate twice a week, on Wednesdays and Sundays, from just €32 (approximately 1009 UAH). The flights depart Kharkiv at 11:15 a.m. and arrive in Vienna at 12:45 p.m. local time. Starting from February 18, 2019, tourists will be able to visit Vienna on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Earlier, on November 13, the same air carrier launched its first Kharkiv-London flight. The route operates on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Wizz Air restarted operations in Kharkiv in 2018. The company has already announced an additional regular flight to Krakow, Poland, in September 2019.
